Local direct cooling system

Introduction: Mine Local direct cooling system is an air-cooling system suitable for   1   Coal working face or   Driving face. This system is developed according to the characters of all kinds of the coal mine and is specially designed for the highly efficient cooling at the coal mine. It consists of 3 main parts: Refrigeration unit (compressor, condenser, throttle expansion valve), evaporator and water cooler.

Cooling principle:

the compressor sucks the Refrigerant (R407C) gas from the evaporator, and the Refrigerant (R407C) gas is in the form of low pressure and high temperature. then the gas Refrigerant is transferred to the low temperature and high-pressure Liquid refrigerant in the condenser. And then liquid refrigerant is transferred to the low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant after passing the throttle expansion valve. At last , the refrigerant reach the evaporator and it is transferred to the lower pressure and high temperature gas after   absorbing the environment heat. and so it is a compression refrigeration cycle.   The water cooler is positioned at the return airway, the high temperature circulating cooling water is transported to the water cooler by the pump after it absorbs the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser.   And then there is a heat exchange between the high temperature circulating cooling water and the water cooler environment air in the return airway.   And then the circulating cooling water will become low temperature water and it will be back to the condenser in the refrigeration unit. There is a cooling spray device at the air cooler coil of the water cooler, which is used to enhance the efficiency of heat exchange and clear the cooler coil.
