Beijing Xinyuan Jiuding Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is registered in the Zhongguancun Hightech Park in Beijing with registered capital of 50 million Yuan. The company focuses on providing systematic solutions and equipment for the management of mine heat hazards and the utilization of waste heat.
Dekuangshiye (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. is primarily responsible for providing systematic solutions and equipment for intelligent and refined intrinsic safety gas extraction and efficient utilization.
In 2010, the company established Sanhe Rd Mine Jiuding Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing's Yanjiao, and invested in the construction of the "Jiuding Industrial Park" covering an area of 4.6hm2.
Henan Jiuding Industrial Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhengzhou National Hightech Development Zone, mainly engaged in coal mine technology services, and qualified for coal mine safety assessment, coal mine production capacity verification, and inspection of mining equipment.
In 2019, it established Dekuang Jiuding (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. in the Zhongguancun Science City of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, investing in a high-end mining equipment manufacturing industrial park covering an area of 4hm2. 1. 1992-2004, Entrepreneurial Exploration
In 1992, Anyang Jiu Zhou Industrial and Mining Materials Trading company is established in Anyang city , Henan province.
In 1994, the company underwent restructuring and was renamed Anyang Jiu Zhou Industrial and Mining Materials Co., Ltd.
In 2001, the company moved the Henan provincial capital and was renamed Henan Jiuding Industrial and Mining Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou city.
In 2004, the company upgraded its services and obtained qualifications such as coal production capacity approval and coal mine safety assessment.
2. 2005-2009, Enterprise Transformation
In 2005, Beijing Xinyuan Jiuding Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing.
In 2006, the company undertook the "K209-ZK Coal Mine Safety Production Intelligent Analysis and Control System Platform" subsidized project from Haidian District Innovation Fund. It successfully developed products such as the KJ209N coal mine safety monitoring system and KJ319 mine personnel positioning system, and obtained the MA certificate.
In 2009, the company collaborated with Poland's TERMOSPEC company to introduce TS mine refrigeration equipment for underground heat hazard control. It also established Henan Jiuding Industrial and Mining Equipment Testing and Inspection Co., Ltd. to obtain qualifications for coal mining equipment testing and inspection.
3. 2010-2017, Rapid Development
In 2010, Sanhe Rd Mine Jiuding Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and a mine equipment manufacturing base, Jiuding Industrial Park, was built in Jingdong Yanshou.
In 2012, the company undertook the "Twelfth Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Program" project (project number: 2012BAK04B02).
In 2013, the independently developed underground partial refrigeration equipment ZLF300/45O refrigeration unit for coal mines was launched in the market.
In 2014, the company headquarters relocated to Beijing Tongzhou Financial Street Garden.
In 2016, Dekuangshiye (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was established to jointly develop intelligent gas drainage technology with German companies such as PGM, AREZEN, and ETW.
4. 2018-Present, Second Entrepreneurship
In 2018, PGM3-15OEX intelligent pumping station in container and surface centralized cooling PERS system from Germany were introduced and put into operation in Pingmei Shoushan Coal Mine.
In 2019, cooperation with Poland's OBAC was initiated for international recognition of mining products. Dekuang Jiuding (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and an investment was made in signing contracts in Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science City.
In 2021, independently developed PGMC-3-150EX and PGMC-3-240EX intelligent pumping stations in containers were put into use. The company obtained Land Plot No. [G2021-003] in Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science City and planned to invest in the construction of a high-end mining manufacturing equipment industrial park.
In April 2022, the construction of Phase I of the high-end mining manufacturing equipment industrial park commenced.
